UX audit: one key journey, up to 15 issues ranked and a backlog for your team
A UX audit in 3–5 working days, from $53 AI-assisted / $73 human-led: we walk through one key journey, such as sign-up, checkout or an enquiry, across up to 10 screens on mobile and desktop, rank up to 15 issues by the evidence behind them and turn them into a backlog your designer or developer can pick up. Who it is for
A company whose site or app gets traffic but loses people on the way to an enquiry or a purchase, and wants to know where and why before paying for a redesign.
What is included
- 1 key journey reviewed from the first screen to the goal
- Up to 10 screens checked on mobile and desktop
- Up to 15 issues ranked by severity and by the evidence behind them
- 1 design backlog: each issue with a proposed fix and how to check it
Not included
- The redesign itself (a separate order)
- Interviews or tests with recruited users
- Development of the fixes
How the work runs
- 01
You name the journey and the goal, and share analytics, recordings or support tickets if you have them.
- 02
We walk the journey on mobile and desktop, screen by screen, and note every point of friction.
- 03
Issues are ranked by severity and by evidence: analytics, heuristics or what users told you.
- 04
You read the findings and ask questions; after the revision round the backlog goes to your team.
Example
CONCEPT Concept — not a commissioned project
ORIVA, a fictional audio store we built as a concept, leads from the catalogue through the cart to a three-step checkout: the kind of journey an audit reads screen by screen. Labelled CONCEPT.
What this does not prove: It is a concept we designed ourselves, not an audit of a client's live product, and it shows no before/after figures.

UX Audit Checklist: What to Review Before a Redesign
Questions people ask before buying
01Which journey should we pick?+
The one closest to money or to a lead: checkout, sign-up, booking or the enquiry form. If analytics show where people leave, that step goes first.
02Do you test with real users?+
Not in this package. We use analytics, established usability heuristics and any recordings or feedback you have. Recruited user tests are a separate order.
03What if we only care about mobile?+
The mobile UX review is a smaller package that looks at the mobile version only, from $33.
04Will you redesign the screens?+
The backlog proposes a fix for each issue, and some fixes come with a quick sketch. A full redesign is a separate order.
05How do we know the fixes worked?+
Each item in the backlog names the metric to watch, for example step completion or form errors. Compare it over equal periods before and after the change.
