How it works

  1. Day 1

    Brief, consent, avatar

    You approve the script or brief. For a custom avatar, the person signs the consent form and records the training footage.

  2. Days 1–3

    Render

    The avatar reads the script on the platform chosen in the written scope; captions, lower thirds and music are added.

  3. Days 3–5

    Review and delivery

    You review the render; after the agreed round we deliver both formats with the AI label and the caption file.

  4. Localisation

    Other languages

    From the approved master, each language is translated, voiced, lip-synced and checked; up to 5 languages in one batch.

What we need from you

  • The script, or a brief we turn into one.
  • For a custom avatar: the person's signed consent and 2–5 minutes of footage recorded to the platform's guidelines.
  • Logo, brand colours and any screen recordings or product shots.
  • For localisation: the list of languages and who approves each one.
  • Any real person whose face or voice becomes an avatar signs a consent form first: what it may be used for, in which languages, for how long, and how to withdraw.
  • We make no avatars of public figures, of anyone who has not signed, or of people who have died, and no video that impersonates someone.
  • Every video carries an AI label on screen (in the first seconds or as a corner mark) and in its description; content credentials (C2PA) are added where the platform supports them.
  • If consent is withdrawn, we stop making new videos with that avatar and delete the training footage within 30 days.

What this service does not cover

  • Deepfakes, impersonation or avatars of anyone without written consent.
  • Broadcast clearance.
  • Paid stock beyond the platform library.

What exactly is an avatar video?

A video in which a digital presenter, generated by an avatar platform, reads your script to camera. It looks like a presenter video, but no one is filmed for it: the avatar is either a licensed library character or built from footage of a real person who agreed to it in writing.

When does it work, and when not?

It works for clear, factual messages: explainers, onboarding, product updates, internal training. It works less well where warmth, humour or a real person's credibility matter; there a short filmed video is usually the better choice.

Can you make an avatar of me or my team?

Yes, if each person signs the consent form and records 2–5 minutes of training footage. The custom-avatar fee of the platform is paid by you and shown in the estimate.

Will viewers know the video is AI?

Yes. Every video has an AI label on screen and in its description. We do not deliver unlabelled avatar videos.

How many languages, and how is that priced?

Localisation costs $33 AI-assisted / $53 human-led per language, and a batch of up to 5 languages takes 2–3 working days. The avatar master has to be approved first.

Which avatar platform do you use?

The one that suits your languages, avatar type and budget, named in the written scope. It can run on your own account or be passed through at cost; either way the fees are listed in the estimate.

Who owns the avatar and the videos?

The delivered videos are yours after payment. A custom avatar belongs to the person it was made from, under the terms of their consent and the platform's rules; they can withdraw consent at any time.

Can the avatar say anything we write?

Only an approved script, within the platform's rules and the consent terms. We refuse scripts that impersonate someone, make claims the person has not agreed to, or mislead viewers about who is speaking.
